Are you afraid of being SEEN and being HEARD freely and authentically as you are?

Are you afraid of being on camera? Do you feel like you suck speaking in front of an audience and infront of a camera? If so, this workshop is for you.

What you can expect in the workshop:

• Full permission to explore your freedom of expression, authenticity and heart's truth infront of the lights and camera.
• Allow your freedom of expression to be SEEN as you are.
• Allow your voice to be HEARD authentically.
• Communicate your heart's truth on all digital platforms, on camera and in your everyday life.
• Keep two one minute reels for digital media platforms if you choose to use them.
• A live muscician at the end of the workshop to integrate what was learned through the sound of music.

Be ready to step into the best and highest version of yourself. Be ready to speak your truth freely, authentically and vulnerably on-camera, on social media and in the real world. This includes speaking your truth with family, friends, partners and in the workplace. The change begins with us and our closest relationships.

Bring water, a journal, healthy snacks, fruits and/or food to share. We heal in community and by sharing everything that nurtures our soul. This includes yummy food.
