This unique workshop is a warm invitation to explore the healing power of your own voice. In that everybody has their own unique sound or vibration. The intention is to leave with a greater sense of confidence in your own voice and speaking out.
And with guided exercises, also feel a greater sense of harmony in your body; simply by harnessing your own sound. Toning is easy and also very healing, for yourself and others.
The first half of the session is active, fun and exploratory — with toning practices and throat activations. The second half is pure rest: a lying-down sound healing voyage with singing bowls, singing and drumming, crystal singing pyramid, and more. Where you can relax and receive.
Through gentle guidance, voice toning, and sound journeying, you'll:
*** Expand your throat chakra
*** Build confidence in sounding
*** Learn how your voice can calm and harmonise your nervous system
*** Experience the magic of sounding together in a group
Nicola is a sound healer known for her work with light language, voice toning, and vibrational healing. She has hosted groups around the world, and is currently living in Tauranga Moana.
