We have just massively upgraded our Floating Meditation experience.This month we have Erin bringing you a Yoga Nidra Journey.
She will bring in elements of exploring the layers of self through the wisdom of the Koshas.
A journey into deep rest, stillness and support.
Step into the cocoon of a soft aerial hammock and experience meditation in a completely different way. Your body is held, your mind can soften, and your nervous system has the chance to truly let go.
This is more than a workshop. It is an invitation to pause, float, and feel completely supported in body, mind and soul.
Wrapped in the gentle suspension of the hammock, you will drift into deep relaxation. The sensation of floating eases the weight of the body and encourages a profound sense of calm and spaciousness. It is a beautiful way to unwind, reconnect and return to yourself.
Each month we welcome a guest teacher who brings their own unique offering and energy to the experience.
