The evening features a flow of mindful breathing and sacred kirtan, concluding with heart-centered conversation over herbal teas and delicious treats. Come as you are - no experience is needed, only a desire to rest and reconnect.
Comfort note: We have plenty of cushions and chairs, but please bring along your favourite cushion or blanket to ensure you stay extra cozy and comfortable throughout the evening!
