This is a two hour sacred fire ceremony and sound bath with cacao hosted by me, Ruth Gillian.It is held in the Sound Temple a beautiful belle tent in rural Mount Maunganui.

Each event is individually curated, making best use of the opportunity to work intentionally in flow with the planetary alignments and realize the incredible potential that comes with the various phases of the moon.
We circle round the fire for ceremony with cacao and intention setting.
Then we step into the Sound Temple and settle in for a deeply nurturing and nourishing sound bath. This can consist of any of the following: tuning forks, essential oils, medicine drum, crystal bowls, chimes, shakers, crystals and harp. Reiki may also be included.
The benefits of Sound Baths:
Deep Relaxation & Stress Relief: Sound baths calm the nervous system, lower heart rate, and reduce cortisol (stress hormone) levels.

After the sound bath the circle is closed and our guests have the opportunity to drift off home or to stay and share. Those who stay will be invited to journal, chat and have a sleepy tea together to unpack the experience.
The new moon is a time of new beginnings and is perfect for sowing seeds of new intention.
The Sound Temple is a no phone zone. Enjoy the connection with others without digital distractions.
