Sarah Carlson is a Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Teacher and sound and energy healer. She studied healing chronic illness and Lyme disease with renowned practictioner Hillary Thing, as well as Nutritionist Karen Hurd, among others. She has a passion for nutrition, genetics, and the intelligent use of supplements to customize ones healing to one’s individual needs. She is a breast cancer survivor and has healed herself of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis holistically. She has a passion for supporting individuals in their health journey, be it from cancer, thyroid disease, hormonal imbalance, or other chronic illness.
