This event is open to participants located in USA and Canada.  

This is an INTERMEDIATE level event and is NOT for beginners. You should have attended a couple of quilling events before or have some experience with quilling.

It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to get your supplies kit from Deepa Krishnan to ensure that you have all the required quilling supplies and templates for the best outcome of your project.  

In addition to the Quilling supplies, you will need a paper/styrofoam plate, scissors, toothpicks, q-tips and liquid glue that dries quick and clear.
