Please Note: Pre-booked tickets for this event are sold out, but we will be running a rush line beginning at 6:00pm on the day of the event. Any seats that become available will be opened up to the rush line on a first-come, first-served basis beginning 10 minutes before the show starts.
Award-winning author Jane Urquhart joins us to discuss her brilliant new novel, . In the early morning dark, Emer McConnell rises for a day of teaching music in the schools of rural Saskatchewan. While she travels the snowy roads in the gathering light, she begins another journey, one of recollection and introspection, and one that will leave the reader forever changed. Moving as effortlessly through time as the drift of memory itself, is a major work of imagination and self-exploration from one of the greatest writers of our time.

Note: This is an in-person event at the Jack Rabinovitch Reading Room, located on the fourth floor of the Toronto Reference Library (789 Yonge Street).
Arrive early, meet people. The talk starts at 7 pm, but doors open at 6 pm. Come early so you can chat with your fellow literature lovers, and make new friends.
