Step into a dynamic and empowering Vinyasa class where movement meets mindfulness. This breath-led practice guides you through a fluid sequence of postures designed to build strength, flexibility, and inner awareness. Each class is thoughtfully curated to create a moving meditation—linking breath to motion in a way that energizes the body and calms the mind. Themes from yogic principles and the teachings of Deepak Chopra enrich the experience of each class.
What to Expect:
• Creative, flowing sequences tailored to each class
• Opening with breathwork, mantras (Sanskrit vibrational sounds, and mudras (hand gestures) to enhance every practice
• Emphasis on breath awareness and alignment
• Modifications and challenges for all levels
• A grounding closing sequence to leave you feeling centered and refreshed may include meditation, systematic relaxation, chakra balancing etc.
This class invites you to explore your edge, reconnect with your body, and cultivate a sense of ease both on and off the mat.
