Vinyasa Yoga Class

Welcome to Vinyasa Yoga class! Join us for having a lovely time together by doing rhythmic vinyasa, breathing exercises and meditation.

Let's flow through a sequence of poses, breathe and find balance. Fall into deep relaxation at the end of your exercise by receiving a singing bowl sound bath.

Suitable for all levels, our class offers increased flexibility and strength in a warm, welcoming environment. Please bring your mat and an open heart. :)
