VINYASA YOGA at Lycka Buurtkamer

Welcome to weekly Vinyasa yoga classes with Alessandra in Lycka Buurtkamer next to Sloterdijk station.
Alessandra began practicing yoga eight years ago and quickly fell in love with how grounding and uplifting it felt. Her curiosity led her to India, where she completed a Vinyasa teacher training, and she has continued to deepen her practice ever since.

She will be offering Vinyasa classes at Lycka on Tuesday evenings. Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga where breath leads movement, gently guiding the body through each pose. Classes are open to everybody and every body, with all levels welcome. See you on the mat!
