Join us on the yoga deck for a grounding vinyasa flow to root into your body and kick off the weekend in a beautiful way. Once our movement practice is complete, you're invited to settle into the wood-burning sauna, followed by a cold plunge in the ice bath or dip in the creek! Please give yourself time to find parking and set up your mat.

What to Expect:

Dynamic flow, heat, cold, a chance to reset and reconnect.

What to Bring:

Yoga mat, water bottle, sun protection, bathing suit, towel, and comfortable clothes for afterward.
