Join us outdoors for a transformative breathwork journey in the heart of nature, just steps behind Foot of the Mountain Motel near Eben G. Fine Park. Together we’ll drop into the body, release what’s been held, and reconnect with ourselves through guided breath, nervous system support, and somatic integration.

This gathering is in collaboration with Ember & Ice, where you’ll have the option to deepen your experience with sauna therapy and an ice bath afterward — or keep it wild with a refreshing plunge in the creek.

Enhance your integration with Ember & Ice’s rejuvenating sauna and cold plunge ritual. Prefer to stay with the elements? Take a communal dip in the creek instead!

This is an outdoor event.
Behind Foot of the Mountain Motel (near Eben G. Fine Park)
200 Arapahoe Ave, Boulder, CO 80302

• Yoga mat (Ember has a few extras)
• Blanket
• Journal
• Bathing suit or attire for sauna
• Layers for comfort (we’ll be outdoors)
• Cozy hat
• Water bottle

Note: Ember & Ice has a changing room, bathroom, water refill, and a few extra towels and yoga mats if you need them.

Parking is on Arapahoe Avenue behind Eben G. Fine Park.
Please do not park in the Foot of the Mountain Motel lot.

To find Ember & Ice:
• Walk to the center of the Foot of the Mountain Motel.
• You will see a set of stairs running between the buildings.
• Walk up those stairs.
• At the top you’ll see the mobile sauna and the wooden stage where breathwork is held.

Ember & Ice is not visible from the road, so follow the stairs — you’re in the right place.
