Join us for Yoga on the Deck at Ember & Ice every other Wednesday! 6-7pm

Come for Yoga, and stay after for an optional Sauna or Coldplunge with Ember & Ice! You can purchase that online or in person. The first sauna experience is free for locals!

Enjoy a rejuvenating Hatha Flow, to help you tap into your body! Weaving teachings of Classical Five Element Theory to tap on acupreassure points along the body, while deepening us into the season and elements around us. 💚

All levels Welcome 🙏🏼

What to Bring:

Yoga mat, water bottle, bathing suit(for optional sauna or a cold plunge), Towel, comfy clothes, and any blocks/straps/props that you have for your own practice, If you choose.

Hatha Flow: $15 / $10 for Embers

Additional Sauna/coldplunge: $25
