Vin/Yin Yoga
About this Event
Vin/Yin yoga is a balanced two-part class. It begins with Vinyasa to build heat, strength, and continuous movement, followed by Yin to cool down with passive, seated.
Equipment needed:
- Yoga mat
- Water
- Grip socks (optional)
With over 25 years teaching yoga, Janet has spent the last 15 years at Lifetime teaching classes and facilitating their Yoga Teacher Training 200 hour program!
Please arrive between 9:30am-9:40am as class will being at 9:45am.
