Detox to Retox is a vinyasa-style yoga flow set inside a local brewery, accompanied by live DJ beats and a special sound bath finish. This all-levels class is designed to help you move, sweat, and reset—then stick around to sip and socialize. Your ticket includes a 60-minute yoga class and 20-minutes of a sound bath meditation + 1 beverage choice. A food truck will be available after class. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a light jacket or layer for Savasana. Space is limited—sign up early.
