Join Breathing Room Collective, Sunday, May 17th, at the stunning Ponzi Vineyards in Sherwood, Oregon (about 20 minutes from the studio) for a luxurious yin yoga experience accompanied by soothing live violin music.

Plan to arrive between 3:30 and 4:00 pm for the opportunity to enjoy the tasting room and grounds; purchase tastings of Ponzi’s certified sustainable wines before we transition into a meditative yin yoga practice at 5 pm.

Our yin session will unfold in the winery’s gorgeous window-lined Founders Room, surrounded by sweeping vineyard views. As the late-afternoon light shifts over the vines and the Chehalem Mountains beyond, you’ll settle into softly guided yin postures as the sound of violin fills the space, creating a meditative and immersive atmosphere.

Dress in comfortable clothes that are easy to move in
Bring a yoga mat and a cozy blanket!
