About this Event
The joy and uplifting energy of Traditional Indian Kirtan returns to Breathing Room Collective each month with our dear friend Mokshajyoti (Moss & Moksha).
Kirtan is a heart-opening practice that brings music, mantra, and collective energy together for a joyful, energetic experience.
Part concert, part meditation, part community gathering, this call-and-response singing and chanting encourages everyone to participate (no singing experience required!). Come as you are to sing, listen, move, be at ease, or soak in the energy of being together in shared sound and intention.
Led by Mokshajyoti, a conscious sound weaver and voice artist born in India, she grew up immersed in kirtan and mantra. Based in Indian classical music training, her work weaves together sound, somatics, and inner exploration. Mokshajyoti is also a somatic coach and energy healer, working from a trauma-informed and embodied approach.
