Audrey has been doing Sound Baths since 2019. Join us for this beautiful relaxation, healing experience!
This will be at Willow Rain Wellness Center, formerly Soulstice Wellness Center, 1316 Fairfax, #103 & #104, Eau Claire, and it is an in-person event.
Reiki energy will be sent to everyone in the room during this Sound Bath, all that your Souls will allow.
Relax with a guided meditation, then enjoy the relaxing sounds of gentle Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, Crystal pyramid, gong, ocean drum, hand pan and more! Some of which may have underlying ambient soft piano, all of which is infused with loving, healing Reiki energy projected outward to everyone to help destress and recharge your energy. A silent Blessing will be sent individually to everyone in attendance for their greatest and highest good. At the end, enjoy the soulful, soothing sounds of LIVE Native American Flute music and Audrey's own original music.
Bring your yoga mat and a blanket. Join us for this meditative hour of Vibrational Sound Healing!
(If you do not have a yoga mat, there are a few that can be borrowed. Also a few comfy chairs are available.)
