This class is for adults only, drop-ins are welcome, no sign-up needed. No experience is needed; just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore the resonance of your own voice. In vocal toning, you use sustained sounds from your own voice to release tension, calm the nervous system, and promote deep relaxation throughout the body. Paul Zenke is a trained meditation and contemplative sound practitioner. His approach is rooted in deep listening, stillness, and presence.
