Get Out of Your Own Way is an interactive, experiential workshop led by Stephanie O’Neil, designed to help you better understand yourself, your patterns, and the inner language of your body, mind, and spirit.
This evening blends meaningful teaching with guided inner exploration to support greater clarity, self-awareness, and personal alignment. You’ll be invited to explore how internal blocks, beliefs, and habitual patterns can influence your life—and how shifting your relationship with them can open new possibilities.
During the first half of the workshop, Stephanie will guide participants through an exploration of universal principles and how they show up in everyday life, including how misalignment is formed and how life experiences can be reframed through awareness, growth, and purpose.
During the second half, you’ll be guided through a deeply reflective meditation experience designed to support insight, symbolic exploration, and connection with your inner guidance. Many participants experience imagery, intuitive messages, or a deeper sense of clarity during this process, which may include themes such as past-life imagery or meeting an inner guide or symbolic protector.
This workshop is open to all genders and for participants ages 12 and up.

~Learn how to recognize and shift self-limiting patterns
~Deepen your connection to your own inner guidance and intuition
~Experience a guided meditation for insight, clarity, and inner awareness
🧘 What to Bring:
*Wear comfortable clothing (pajamas are welcome)
*Bring water to stay hydrated
*Bring a pen and paper or journal for notes and reflections
This is a supportive, reflective, and empowering experience designed to help you gain perspective, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
