Join the V12 family and our neighbors at Bucket & Rope for Sunday Flow: The Outdoor Morning Set — an easy, feel-good morning designed to get your body moving, your energy right, and your weekend started with some soul.

Meet us on the outdoor turf at V12 Yoga on Sunday, October 11th at 10AM. Bring your mat, grab your people — or come solo and meet somebody new. We’ll flow together to good music, enjoy coffee and breakfast tacos from Bucket & Rope, explore local vendors, and spend the morning connecting with the people who make downtown Dallas feel like home.

Sunday Flow is about more than yoga. These gatherings are intentionally created to bring community together, introduce you to new locals, and grow a well-being movement right here in the heart of downtown Dallas. Whether you practice every week or this is your first time stepping onto a mat, there’s room for you.
