Starting pay: $21.25 - $25.50+ per hour (based on experience and skill set)
Available Positions:
Production Team Members I
(No experience? Will train motivated candidates)
Production Team Members II
(2+ years of machinery, skilled trades, or manufacturing experience)
Preference is given to candidates available to work the night shift.
Day Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Overtime hours may be available on Fridays.
Night Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5 p.m. - 3:30 a.m., with a $3/hour shift differential
Join our production team and play a crucial role in the assembly of nacelles. In this position, you will be tasked with assembling fabricated parts at designated floor stations. Utilize your skills in handling mechanical components and employ a variety of pneumatic hand tools and power tools to efficiently construct high-quality nacelle units.
- Efficiently assemble components utilizing both hand and power tools
- Handle materials by lifting, positioning, and/or removing them from the work area as needed
- Manage materials using a bridge crane for loading, stacking, and transportation purposes
- Interpret schematics to accurately assemble machine components
- Collaborate with fellow assemblers to construct the final product
- Test and inspect components to ensure they meet our standards of uniformity and quality
