Vernal Equinox Yoga: Welcome Spring! Join Laura for this special Yoga Class on Wednesday, March 19th at 7:30pm Join me in an Ayuryoga class celebrating the Vernal equinox. As we explore yoga asanas and breathwork to balance the Kapha dosha, we will focus on a rhythmic, heat building sequence. We welcome the season of the earth and air elements by exploring standing poses, back bends, forward bend and inversions. As always, pose modifications will be offered making this a class welcoming to all levels.
