Embracing HER: Discovering the Seven Feminine Archetypes Within You

Join us for an evening/afternoon with Paula Bruckner of MVC Personal Training and Coaching and Jen Hoffman of BodySoul Nourishment.
This is for the woman who craves deep connection...
to the sacred feminine,
to her communal sisters,
to her own divine essence,
to the next version of HER in 2025.
We will begin in circle to connect, honor and learn about the sacred seven feminine archetypes within each of us. We will then move through a curated yoga practice led by Paula to feel into each of those seven feminine essences. A meditation will be led by Jen to guide you on an experiential journey with the feminine archetypes and apply them to you and your life. We will then close with reflections and reverence.
Please bring with you:
a yoga mat
a blanket, cushion, eye mask or anything you'd like for comfort during meditation
a journal + pen
water

Meet your hosts:
Paula Bruckner is the owner and CEO of MVC Personal Training and Coaching. She helps women feel confident to exercise without judging themselves to improve pelvic floor function. Paula specializes in pilates reformer, yoga and weight training.
Jen Hoffman is the owner of BodySoul Nourishment. She bridges the physical and spiritual to support women to awaken and heal their body and Soul. Jen specializes in integrative nutrition and spiritual coaching, as well as Akashic Records readings and energy healing.
