Clearly hearing to offer this space for reset, rejuvenation, quiet contemplation and re-membering, I gratefully listen to the clear invitation to provide a Sacred Space for those of us who need this quieting energetic infusion.
Enter into this space of little to no talking. Little to no internet access, by choice. Step back. Step IN.
Yes this event will be Co-ed. We are used to these events being women only, and the men need this quiet as much as we do.
Schedule:
Arrive Friday as early as 5, and by 6:30 for potluck dinner.
8-8:30pm Introduction.
8:30-9:30pm Amrit Yoga Nidra (aka the Yoga of Sleep. No poses. Deep meditation done laying down, where you will be guided into the Truth of Stillness within you.)
9:30pm- Silence through the night, no talking, whispering when necessary.
Saturday:
7-8am Silent meditation
8-9 am Breakfast (provided)
9:15-10am Amrit Yoga Nidra
10-11am Art - Neurographic Art (a meditative mindfully immersed drawing to transform fear and chaos to peace and calming. No artistic ability needed. This is a very free form and accessible channel into your creativity- the Sacral Chakra, which is the chakra that also holds fear.)
11-Noon Walking or seated meditation in the woods.
12:15-1 Amrit Yoga Nidra
1-2:30 Lunch (provided)
2:30-3:15 Singing bowls/Sound session
3:30-4:30 Neurographic Art
5-5:45 Amrit Yoga Nidra
6-7:30 Potluck dinner
7:30-8:30 Walking or seated meditation in the woods
8:30-9:30 Breathwork (pranayama) (around a fire outside if possible)
9:30- Silence, no talking, whispering when necessary
Sunday:
8-9am Gentle Yoga
9-10:30 Breakfast (provided)
10:30-11:15 Amrit Yoga Nidra
11:30-12:30 Circle up to quietly chat about experience
12:30-1:30 Lunch (leftover potlucks)
2pm Cleanup and out by 3pm
There are 20 beds (bunk bed style) in the lodge, and plenty of space for tenting in the woods. First come, first serve on claiming a bed inside (note it on your ticket purchase). Yes, you can commute, and if you choose to do that, please be very mindful to stick to the schedule as to not be disruptive. Staying the weekend is preferred. Yes, you can choose to come Saturday only, arrive no later than 8:30 am and stay at least until dinner, with staying until 9:30 preferred.
What to bring:
Sheets, blanket, pillow.
Toiletries, towel.
Yoga mat- the Amrit Yoga is done laying down, and you'll want to be extremely comfortable so you may want extra cushion under your mat. Also a pillow for your head, a pillow under your knees, a blanket is recommended.
Potluck offering. There is a fridge available. However if you have a great cooler that would be good idea too. Please mark what it is, if it's vegan or gluten free, if it contains nuts.
Lawn chair for meditation in the woods. If its a rainy weekend, bring an umbrella.
Water bottle.
Don't bring- a book to read, knitting, etc. We are going into the realm of feeling and being, exiting the doing.
No drugs, no alcohol. Any smoking or vaping will be only done out past the parking area.
Energy exchange- $111 to $155 sliding contribution. This is the inside/outside tent /or commute price.
Saturday only $55 to $77 (includes breakfast, lunch, dinner)
