Van Gaalen Cheese Farm has been the venue for several Backyard events and remains a popular choice for those aiming to extend their distance. Featuring a modest 39m of elevation gain per lap, this mostly flat course offers an ideal opportunity for participants to test their limits.

• R360 - Backyard Dabble ‘5 laps or less*
• R590 - Backyard Unlimited ‘6 laps and more’
• R50 - Supporter fee (applicable to supporters who are staying overnight)
*Note on Dabble Entries*
Backyard Dabble entries do not qualify for a finisher shirt. Dabble entries can however upgrade their entry on the day if you plan to go further than 5 laps and would like to get a Finisher shirt.
