Check out this 9.5-km out-and-back trail near Madibeng NU, North West. Generally considered a challenging route, it takes an average of 3 h 30 min to complete. This is a very popular area for hiking, running, and walking, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are June through October. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.
This trail is an adventure, not just a hike. Nadia's Peak is situated on a nature estate at the foot of the Magaliesburg Mountains close to Hartbeespoortdam. It is in the heart of the bushveld with beautiful trees, bird life and animals. These trails are pet friendly and there is a fee. Due to rough terrain, baby strollers are not allowed on the trail.
