Join us for a playful, heart-opening partner yoga experience designed to deepen trust, communication, and presence. This workshop is designed specifically for pairs, and all attendees must arrive with a partner.

Whether you come with a romantic partner, close friend, or loved one, this experience welcomes partners of all kinds.

Through gentle flow, supported stretches, partner poses, grounding breathwork, and moments of stillness, you’ll explore what it means to move and breathe together—cultivating connection both on and off the mat. No prior partner yoga experience is required.

Facilitator
Nikunja Vilasi Das is a yoga and meditation teacher rooted in classical Hatha-Raja and Bhakti traditions, offering practices that cultivate presence, connection, and embodied love.
