Valentine's Day Self Love Workshop with Helen Denham

Join guest teacher Helen Denham on Saturday, February 14th (Valentine’s Day) for a nourishing Self-Love Workshop designed to help you reconnect with yourself and cultivate deeper compassion, clarity, and inner balance. This special gathering invites you to slow down, tune inward, and intentionally honor the relationship you have with yourself.

During the workshop, Helen will guide you through intention setting using The Lifted Method™, offering practical tools to support emotional awareness and personal growth. You’ll experience community sharing, creating space for connection and reflection in a supportive group environment.

The workshop also includes an introduction to EFT tapping, a powerful technique for regulating the nervous system and releasing emotional blocks, as well as a heart-opening meditation to foster self-acceptance and presence.

Bio:

Helen Denham (De-nim) is a mentor for leaders, visionaries, and creatives dedicated to personal transformation and authentic self-expression. She specializes in facilitating group healing through EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique), various forms of meditation, and past life regressions.

Helen’s compassionate and empowering approach has supported hundreds of women in achieving profound healing, greater self-awareness, and an elevated quality of life. She holds certifications as a Behavior Change Specialist, CBT Practitioner, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Facilitator, Reiki II Healer, and Organizational Mindfulness Instructor, equipping her with a diverse toolkit to guide clients through life’s journey of self-mastery.
