Participants will learn why using a positive approach to address challenging behaviors provides better outcomes for both the child and the teacher.

Training Objectives:

1 . By the end of this session, learners will summarize why using a positive approch to address behaviors is impactful to toddlers.

2 . By the end of this session, learners will identify the meaning behind the behavior.

3 . By the end of this session, learners will compile a list of strategies to address the behaviors.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
