Yoga at Birkhill/Muirhead - register for our yoga classes on Thursday evenings (discount for block classes paid in advance) plus optional Sat outdoor class (Sat 9 August 9am)

Join us for our rejuvenating yoga sessions - Thursday evenings at Muirhead and Birkhill Bowling Club. (NB - no class on 21 August)

Whether you're a beginner, an experienced yogi, runner, gym-goer or starting your fitness or yoga journey, these in-person sessions offer something for you*.

Be guided through various yoga poses and sequences, while connecting breath to movement, by our trained Yoga Instructor.

These Sessions are designed to help improve flexibility, build strength, and enhance your overall well-being. Grab your mat and join us for an hour of yoga flow, mindful movement and relaxation (at least for the last 5 mins!).

Investment -

• Block of four classes - £32 (cash, at first class).
• Block of two or more booked in advance - discount if paid in advance
• Drop-in / single sessions - £10

Spaces are limited and on a first come/first paid basis.

Class starts at 6 pm sharp, please arrive 5-10 mins in advance to get set up and settled.
