A two hour immersive experience of breathwork, music, sound therapy and Reiki.You are invited to explore your breath as a powerful tool for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep relaxation.
Join us for two nourishing hours of transformational breathwork, music, sound therapy and Reiki. Whether you’re completely new or returning to deepen your practice, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

⚠️ Health & safety:
Breathwork is generally very safe, but extra care is needed with certain conditions (e.g. PTSD, panic attacks, some heart conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy). All participants are required to sign a waiver form before the session.
