Join us for a nourishing one-day Urban Retreat at Shakti Space, designed to help you reset, unwind, and realign as we move deeper into the autumn season. This is your invitation to slow down, reconnect, and give your body and mind the care they deserve.

What to Expect:

• Morning at Shakti Space We’ll begin with gentle pranayama, yoga, and meditation to awaken the body and centre the mind. Light seasonal refreshments will be served to ground and nourish you.
• Midday Sauna & Cold Water Therapy and Cacao From there, we’ll head to Sweheat Sauna for a warming, circulatory reset paired with optional cold dips for a full-se tension, Cacao served to restore energy, and realign with yourself—supported by the grounding energy of the autumn season.
• Lunch on the Docks Enjoy a relaxed, nutritious lunch at The Good Hotel, taking in the calming views of the water and autumn air.
• Late Afternoon- Evening Wind-Down We return to Shakti for Restorative Yoga and a deeply restful Yoga Nidra, inviting deep integration and reflection.
