Guided Conscious Connected Breathwork & Cold Exposure Experience

Join us on Sunday, November 23rd at 10:00AM at Wellnest for a transformative morning of breathwork, sauna, and cold plunge, exclusively for the Team Stronger men’s community.

Together with Danny (@thebreathworkbreddah) - a London-based breathwork coach, neuroscience student, and former skeptic turned passionate teacher - we’ll explore Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB); a deep, rhythmic breathing practice designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and create space for deeper awareness.

During the session, you may experience waves of calm or energy flowing through the body, tingling sensations, lightness, or even powerful emotional release.

Some describe it as euphoric and expansive; others find stillness, clarity, or peace. Each journey is unique and every experience is welcome.

After breathwork, we’ll move into sauna and cold plunges, where you can apply the breathing techniques learned to regulate your mind and body under stress; building resilience, focus, and emotional control.

This experience is about reconnecting with yourself, pushing your limits, and finding strength through stillness. All surrounded by like-minded men who are all striving to grow.
