Urban Form: Summer Sessions

Join us for the (first ever!) Urban Form experience — a curated 1-hour yoga /pilates inspired sculpt session set in a carefully selected loft space. Tailored to bring together movement, energy, and connection, this intimate gathering offers a more elevated, form-focused approach to fitness, including a curated goodie bag :)

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in — doors will close at the start of the session
• Mat and water will be provided — just bring yourself and a towel
• All levels are welcome, with modifications offered throughout
• Comfortable activewear recommended
• Limited spots to keep the experience small and intentional
• A curated goodie bag will be included
