Ideally you will have already completed a Nei Gong Foundations training or be training already for some time to attend this retreat as it is not for complete beginners to Nei gong.
Sophie Johnson is the owner of Bonhays meditation and retreat centre and an inner door, Nei Gong, and Senior teacher for Lotus Nei Gong, an internationally renowned school for the Daoist arts.
