Learn how to make subtle adjustments to your flow practice to unlock advanced asana in your physical yoga practice.
In this practical session we will work through an asana-clinic style workshop to to look at your asana and approach towards building strength, mobility and technique to practice some complex and challenging postures - safely, progressively and (as always) with longevity in mind.
Why? Learning and practising different krama and variations is such a great reminder of the fun and limitlessness of the yoga practice. It's key to making me feel excited to get on my mat, and I want you to feel that, too!
