Shelley Husband is a designer, author, and serious supporter of making crocheting easy and enjoyable. From her first book, Granny Square Flair, winning UK’s Best Crochet Book in 2019, to a total of ten books, Shelley enjoys giving her community what they want. Now with an App, online group, and regular workshops across the country, Shelley loves getting the curious hooked on granny squares!
We have planned three workshops for the weekend of October 19th and 20th.
Saturday morning is aimed for beginners, to get you confident to 'Crochet a Traditional Granny Square'. Saturday afternoon, we will begin your 'Anonymous Cowl' with granny squares from Shelley's latest Corners and Curves book. You will be using La Bella yarn from the Great Ocean Road Woollen Mill specially hand-dyed by Bombed Yarns.
Sunday is an all day workshop to 'Elevate Your Crochet' using alternative ways to traditional crochet methods. By making sample square swatches, we’ll use traditional ways and then break all the rules as we discover new tricks. Learn to crochet seamlessly in the round and create straight edged rows.

Bookings for these workshops will open at 6pm (EST) 6th September on Bombed Yarns website.
