It is challenging to relax and experience quality rest in our fast-paced, technologically driven culture. As a result, our agitated nervous systems are often in overdrive, impacting negatively on our physical, mental and emotional health.
Are you ready to flick the switch, to experience stillness and strength through the slow, passive and deeply healing practice of Restorative Yoga?
In this workshop we will learn about, practise and experience Restorative Yoga Poses, while exploring the healing effects on our nervous system.
By the end of the workshop, you will have explored enough poses to be able to create your own Restorative Yoga practices at home.
Each day will conclude with a Restorative Yoga practice led by teacher, Jen Van-Achteren.
Suitable for beginners and for those wishing to advance their practice and technique.
Jen provides a safe and supportive environment for students to explore their relationship with yoga, their practice, to try new things, heal and grow.
She is a registered Continuing Education Provider with the Yoga Alliance. This workshop attracts Continuing Education points for Yoga Teachers.
