It's true, anyone can practise yoga. Where there's a will, there's always a way. Start with a good grounding of the yoga basics in this five week series. We will connect gentle movements to the breath as we prepare the body to learn foundational yoga poses. Each class will end with relaxation and/or breathing techniques.
By the end of five weeks you will feel confident to attend a regular yoga class, suitable for you and your body.
Suitable for beginners and for those wishing to re-establish the foundations.
Wondering what to bring or what to wear? All the items you need for the yoga practice will be supplied. But you might like to bring a water bottle with you. And wear comfortable loose fitting clothing you can move freely in. We practice yoga without shoes either in bare feet or socks when it is cold.
Ensuring the benefits are available to everyone, Jen is committed to making the yoga accessible for all.
Jen provides a safe and supportive environment for students to explore their relationship with yoga, their practice, to try new things, heal and grow.
In this series Jen will be joined by Apprentice Teachers at each session. They will provide you with additional assistance and guidance during the class.
