This will be an event unlike any you've ever attended. Rafie brings together knowledge from ancient disciplines and a lifetime of meditation, to activate your energy and unlock a new octave of capability within you.

What does that even mean? Much of the knowledge shared in this event isn’t written down, nor can it be easily explained. Instead, we will be “learning by doing”. Rafie will share practical exercises through a very particular kind of clearing meditation and simple sounding techniques, that can have profound, tangible and unexpected effects on our minds and bodies.

Set in the stunning and expansive St Luke's West Holloway Church, Rafie will share music through various musical instruments to aid the practices. You are likely to leave the event a quite different person than when you entered! In addition, you will receive advanced techniques you can utilise for wellness and enhanced abilities for the rest of your life.

Rafie is a lifelong (non-religious) spiritualist and meditation practitioner. Many discover spirituality and meditation during times of challenge, though Rafie has been meditating and studying ancient spiritual practices from the age of 10 - intuitively practicing techniques he would learn about in yoga and qi gong decades later, simply through "feeling" prana and chi in his body.

He also runs an AI legal company with over 100,000 users, and previously traded a bond portfolio at a Japanese investment bank worth £1bn. Rafie's diverse experiences, including degrees in machine learning (artificial intelligence), philosophy and economics give him a unique view of humanity and society. In addition, they highlight Rafie's belief that spirituality is an empirical and practical methodology to excel in life, not an unverifiable belief in some higher power (though such paths are welcome too).
