Unity Hikers Alabama and Nashville Black Wellness Collective are coming together for a Unity Hike designed to restore the mind, body, and spirit. This is more than a hike it’s a wellness journey, a reset, and a reminder that There’s No Community Without Unity.

Burgess Falls State Park offers one of the most stunning waterfall landscapes in Tennessee, and we’ll experience it together through intentional movement, connection, and reflection.

All hikers are welcome beginners, experienced hikers, families, and community members looking to unplug, breathe deep, and be present.

TRANSPORTATION NOTE

Sprinter Van seating is limited (10–12 seats) and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is strongly encouraged.
