About this Event
Maryland families raising children with intellectual disabilities and neurodivergent conditions spend months looking for the right providers. On September 26, several hundred of them will be in one room, actively looking.
Admission is free for families. Vendor tables and sponsorships are what make that possible — and what puts your organization directly in front of the people searching for exactly what you offer.
Who attends
An estimated 100 parents, caregivers, and family members of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and neurodivergent conditions, drawn from Prince George's, Anne Arundel, Howard, and Montgomery counties. The summit is hybrid, so your organization also reaches families joining virtually.

Choose how you participate
Vendor tables put your team face-to-face with families for five hours. Three tiers, from a 6-foot table to a premium 8-foot footprint with first choice of location.
Sponsorships carry your name and logo across everything we publish — website, program, printed signage, social, and press whether or not you staff a table.

Important dates
- Friday, September 4, 2026 : deadline to submit your logo for inclusion in the printed program and event signage
- Friday, September 18, 2026 : vendor and sponsor registration closes
- Saturday, September 26, 2026 : load-in 8:00 AM, doors open 10:00 AM
After you register
You'll receive a confirmation email with a logo submission link, a vendor information packet, load-in instructions, and the floor plan. Table locations for Gold tier are assigned in order of purchase.
