The summit operates on two parallel tracks housed within the Bowie State University Student Center and Conference Center. The main Summit Track convenes policymakers, clinicians, technologists, and entrepreneurs across four thematic pillars: AI & Digital Health Infrastructure, Value-Based Care & Payment Reform, Health Equity & Food as Medicine, and Workforce & Youth Innovation. Running simultaneously, the David Blackwell AI Vibe Coding Population Health Hackathon & Buildathon engages Maryland's next generation of developers and health innovators in building real AI tools to address population health challenges in real time.
