WHAT NOBODY TEACHES YOU BEFORE ADULTHOOD
Is your young person actually prepared for what comes after graduation?
College is only one piece of adulthood.
So is getting a job.
Young people also need to understand money, relationships, decision-making, leadership, emotional maturity, communication, entrepreneurship, independence and how to navigate life when someone isn't standing over them telling them what to do.
That's why Better Than Yesterday Mentoring created Empower360.
Empower360 is a holistic youth development program designed for high school students and recent graduates.
The program focuses on:
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Building confidence, identity, emotional maturity and decision-making skills.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Developing communication, responsibility, leadership and accountability.
FINANCIAL EDUCATION
Understanding money, earning, saving, spending and financial decision-making.
COLLEGE & CAREER READINESS
Preparing for college, employment and life after high school.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Exploring business ownership, ideas, personal branding and financial independence.
LIFE & RELATIONSHIPS
Navigating friendships, relationships, communication, boundaries and adult responsibilities.
