This workshop helps participants navigate today's overwhelming array of music creation tools by going back to square one: discovering, crafting, and hoarding sounds that are uniquely your own. Led by Voel, an independent music producer, sound designer, and online educator whose sonic sculptures blend Hyperpop, IDM, Industrial, and Experimental influences, the session offers practical approaches to building a personal sonic palette. Voel is also known for making high-octane sound design knowledge accessible through free long-form tutorials on YouTube, which have led to collaborations with Ableton and Hong Kong-based electronic collective Cheaper Than Therapy.

面對當今市面上琳瑯滿目的音樂創作工具與資源，這個工作坊希望帶領參加者回到原點——發掘、雕琢並囤積屬於自己的獨特聲音。由獨立音樂製作人、聲音設計師與網上教育者 Voel 主理，他的聲音雕塑融合 Hyperpop、IDM、Industrial 與 Experimental 等多元影響。工作坊將分享建立個人聲音調色盤的實用方法。Voel 亦以在 YouTube 上發佈免費長篇教學影片而聞名，致力將高強度的聲音設計知識變得平易近人，並曾因此與音樂科技巨頭 Ableton 及香港電子音樂團體 Cheaper Than Therapy 合作。
