A tone of voice. A change of plans. A message that lands wrong in your stomach. Something tips you over, and later you can't quite explain why it hit so hard.

Many of us carry things we've quietly decided "𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧'𝐭 𝐚 𝐛𝐢𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥" — and then spend years wondering why we still flinch, shut down, or overthink.

The truth is, trauma isn't measured by how bad an event looks from the outside. It's measured by what it did to you, and nearly 𝟐 𝐢𝐧 𝟑 𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 in Singapore carry some of it.

This workshop is for you if:

You find yourself 𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 to small things and not 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒈 why.

You've been told to "𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒙" or "𝒍𝒆𝒕 𝒊𝒕 𝒈𝒐" — and 𝒊𝒕 𝒏𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒑𝒆𝒅.

You suspect some of what you carry might matter, but you're not sure it "𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒔."
