If you've been studying yoga for some time and are feeling like there is a missing piece in your practice, then this workshop might just be for you.
Imagine if you have a personal trainer at a gym, most likely you might start to encounter conversations around Nutrition.
This is the way I see the relationship between yoga and ayurveda.
It's that missing piece that will unlock a whole other level into your practice and your conscious. Really stepping deep into self realisation and your relationship with how you nourish your physical practice.
Ayurveda isn't something you just dip your toes in, it's commitment. It's effort and it's discipline. Just like that of yoga. So when you choose to lean into the ayurvedic practices you will suddenly realise just how you cannot live without them anymore.
It just makes sense.
Ayurveda links philosophy with modality and modern science. It suits the modern person.

- The 3 energy types (doshas) and what their functions are
- How the doshas link with the chakra system
- The qualities of the doshas and how to identify your own imbalances
- How you can regulate your own self in terms of your own dosha
- What ayurveda is in terms of the world health organisation
- What yoga is and how the two of them go hand in hand
- You will learn which oils you can use to help regulate your own self as well as how to create healthy meals in line with your true nature
Small manual provided for learning materials.
Yoga mats, boulsters, cushions all provided.
Please bring a note pad and a pen/pencil.
