HENRY – Understanding Children’s Behaviour Workshop

Is your child having emotional outbursts or acting in ways you find hard to manage? You’re not alone, parenting can be incredibly tough, and we know how exhausting it feels when nothing seems to work.

This interactive online workshop is a safe space to explore the “why” behind children’s behaviour and the impact it can have on us as parents and carers. Whether you’re feeling stuck, frustrated, or just want to better understand what’s going on underneath the surface, we’re here to support you.

Together, we’ll:

• Explore the feelings and needs behind children’s behaviour
• Reflect on how our own emotions come into play
• Share strategies for staying calm and connected when things feel out of control
• Build confidence and connection in your parenting journey

You don’t have to have all the answers just bring yourself and your experiences.
